Dirty 313ctronic Productions is pleased to announce the third annual Riverside Groove which will take place Aug. 8 and 9 at Sinbad’s Restaurant and Marina in Detroit. The event will run from 2 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Saturday and from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Sunday. Weekend and single-day passes are on sale now at wantickets.com.
The newly expanded event features more than 25 house and techno artists spanning over two stages on the Detroit riverfront. Headliners include Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Kevin Saunderson, Matthew Dear and Phife Dawg of a Tribe Called Quest, among others. In addition to the music, the festival will feature numerous vendors featuring some of Detroit’s favorite grassroots organizations; vendor applications and weekend vending passes are available online. The VIP area has been expanded and now features a private bar, balcony and air-conditioned lounge. VIP patrons will also receive event branded merchandise and free admission into official after parties.
